About 4VIJAY Foundation
Community-led work, held to a standard of accountability
4VIJAY Foundation was founded by Anjali Priya to address the connected challenges facing communities: access to education and healthcare, women’s empowerment, child welfare, rural development, skill building, and environmental care. Our charter commits us to transparent governance, steady field presence, and progress that communities can sustain on their own terms.
Our Founder
Anjali Priya
Anjali Priya founded 4VIJAY Foundation with a conviction that lasting change begins where people already live and work. Her approach joins local knowledge with long-term commitment, so that each initiative grows from the needs communities name themselves.
Under her direction, the foundation builds programs that connect education, health, livelihoods, and environmental stewardship, and reports on them openly so that supporters can see the effort behind every update.
How We Operate
Governance, presence, and self-reliance
We measure our work by what changes for the people we serve. Every program has a named purpose, a documented budget, and a reporting cycle that is shared publicly. We hold ourselves to clear financial oversight and invite independent review of our records.
Field presence matters as much as planning. Our teams work alongside local partners and participants, listening before designing and handing over capacity as communities grow. Long-term partnerships with local groups and institutional allies allow us to keep showing up, season after season.
